# RadioGx > RadioGx is a free, browser-first research and education workspace for radiogenomics, imaging biomarkers, radiomics, nuclear medicine, theranostics, drug and vaccine discovery, drug interactions and healthcare supply chains. It interprets a query, shows each possible reading with a heuristic confidence score, and fetches public evidence (trials, labels, genomics, literature, imaging datasets, patents) directly from the user's browser. AI features are bring-your-own-key. It stores nothing on a server and gives no medical, radiological, dosimetry, radiation safety, regulatory, legal, investment or procurement advice. Key facts: - 27 free tools, 8 interactive labs, a 12-scenario Isotope Logistics game, original lessons and a glossary. No accounts, cookies or analytics. - AI is bring-your-own-key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, Hugging Face, OpenAI-compatible). Calls go from the browser to the provider, or through an optional stateless relay. - Executed computations (RDKit in the browser; optional RDKit, Biopython and OR-Tools service), public evidence and AI hypotheses are always labelled separately. - Interpretation confidence is a query-routing score, not clinical certainty. Labs are teaching calculators, not patient dosimetry. - Created and architected by Amit Suresh (https://www.linkedin.com/in/amit-suresh/). ## Search & evidence Interpret a query and gather public evidence from trial registries, regulators, genomics, literature and imaging archives. - [Workspace](https://radiogx.com/workspace/): The RadioGx Workspace is a browser-only research search that interprets a query (gene, variant, radiopharmaceutical, radionuclide, target, trial ID, PMID, DOI, dataset, device or patent), shows every reading with a heuristic confidence score, and then fetches public evidence directly from the source. - [Radiogenomics workspace](https://radiogx.com/radiogenomics-workspace/): The radiogenomics workspace links imaging research questions to genes, variants, open cancer genomics frequencies, public imaging collections with documented genomic pairing, literature and trials, and labels how every link was made. - [Imaging & nuclear medicine](https://radiogx.com/imaging-nuclear-medicine/): The imaging and nuclear medicine hub is a reference index of radionuclides with reference half-lives, theranostic pairs and radiopharmaceuticals by target, linked to live trials, labels, devices and literature. - [Global Activity Globe](https://radiogx.com/globe/): The Global Activity Globe plots public trial sites, publication institution countries and regulator jurisdictions for a radiogenomics or nuclear medicine query on a draggable globe, with a full accessible list fallback. - [Repository Radar](https://radiogx.com/repos/): Repository Radar finds open-source medical imaging, radiomics, DICOM, nuclear medicine and AI repositories and datasets on GitHub and Hugging Face, with licence, activity and caveat labels. - [Coverage Console](https://radiogx.com/sources/): The Coverage Console lists every source RadioGx uses or links to, with its tier (verified browser access, candidate, link-out only or restricted), live status this session and the governance flags that apply. ## BYOK AI research Bring your own AI key for scenario simulation, discovery hypotheses, interaction reviews, supply planning and model interpretation. - [BYOK AI settings](https://radiogx.com/ai/): The BYOK AI hub is where you connect your own AI provider key once. Shared settings power Scenario Lab, Discovery, Interactions, Supply chain, Model tools, the Imaging AI buttons and the AI dock on every page. - [Scenario Lab](https://radiogx.com/scenario-lab/): Scenario Lab turns a frozen snapshot of public evidence (ClinicalTrials.gov, Europe PMC, UniProt, PubChem, openFDA) and explicit assumptions into synthetic stakeholder rounds, then a separate final AI inference and synthesis with a conceptual development flow. - [Drug & vaccine discovery](https://radiogx.com/discovery/): Drug and vaccine discovery turns a research brief (target or antigen, indication, modality, objective) into public evidence from Europe PMC and PubChem, optional real RDKit molecular descriptors, and a BYOK AI report with candidate concepts, a conceptual development flow, a validation plan and decision gates. - [Drug & vaccine interactions](https://radiogx.com/interactions/): Drug and vaccine interaction research checks every unordered pair of two to six products against public openFDA label excerpts, keeps every empty result and failure visible, and asks your own AI to synthesize possible mechanisms and an evidence review plan. - [Supply chain intelligence](https://radiogx.com/supply-chain/): Healthcare supply chain intelligence is a browser planning workbench that projects stock with first-expiry-first-out consumption, delivery delays, demand surges and cold-chain holds, compares baseline and disruption, and asks your own AI to synthesize the planning risks. - [Research model tools](https://radiogx.com/models/): Research model tools execute real calculations: RDKit molecular descriptors run in an isolated browser worker, and an optional separately deployed service runs RDKit Python, Biopython protein properties and OR-Tools stock allocation. Results name the engine and version; AI interpretation is a separate step. ## Intelligence & imaging Patent and competitor intelligence on 3D globes, plus an in-browser DICOM workbench and the full OHIF Viewer. - [Patent Intelligence](https://radiogx.com/patents/): RadioGx Patent Intelligence searches patents from offices worldwide, maps filings and flows on a 3D globe, follows applicants, and reviews expiry candidates and claim charts, with every field naming its public source. - [Competitor Intelligence](https://radiogx.com/competitors/): RadioGx Competitor Intelligence maps pharma, biotech, medtech, diagnostics and hospital competitors on a 3D globe and follows their approvals, recalls, trials, trial sites, plants, research, filings, hiring and news from public sources. - [Imaging Workbench & OHIF](https://radiogx.com/imaging/): The Imaging Workbench opens de-identified DICOM, PNG or JPEG files in browser memory, embeds the full self-hosted OHIF Viewer for multi-series studies and DICOMweb, and lets your own AI key describe, teach, quality-check and segment images for research and teaching. - [OHIF viewer integration](https://radiogx.com/ohif/): The OHIF integration notes explain how RadioGx pairs with a self-hosted OHIF DICOM viewer: hosting, DICOMweb data sources, configuration, content security policy and privacy rules for imaging data. ## Labs & game Interactive calculators for decay, production, shipment, spectra, radiobiology, dose response, molecules and variants, plus the Isotope Logistics game. - [Labs](https://radiogx.com/labs/): RadioGx Labs are interactive teaching calculators for radiopharmacy, radiobiology, pharmacology and genomics: decay chains, production yield, shipment windows, gamma-spectrum identification, the LQ model, dose response, molecules and variant tiering, plus the Isotope Logistics game. - [Decay and ingrowth lab](https://radiogx.com/labs/decay/): The Decay lab decays any of about 1,500 radionuclides with full chains, branching fractions and metastable states using ICRP-107 data through radioactivedecay, so you can watch Tc-99m grow in from Mo-99 or Ac-225 reach equilibrium with its daughters. - [Isotope production lab](https://radiogx.com/labs/production/): The production lab teaches the activation equation behind cyclotron and reactor isotope production: production rate from beam current, target and cross section, saturation, end-of-bombardment activity and cooling. - [Shipment window lab](https://radiogx.com/labs/shipment/): The shipment lab models departure activity, transit time and delays to show the latest usable arrival time for a radiopharmaceutical dose and the activity lost per extra minute, with a decay manifest in the spirit of isotope-relay and RadSheet. - [Gamma spectrum ID lab](https://radiogx.com/labs/spectrum/): The spectrum lab is a game and a tool: identify mystery sources from simulated gamma detector spectra, then use template fitting to estimate the mix in the style of PyRIID, or load your own spectrum file. - [Radiobiology lab](https://radiogx.com/labs/radiobiology/): The radiobiology lab fits cell survival with the linear-quadratic model (SF2, α/β, D10, AUC) and converts fractionation schemes and protracted radionuclide doses to BED and EQD2. -
