Your BYOK AI research hub
Use your own provider for research inference and synthesis. You pick a provider, paste your own key, and your browser talks to that provider directly. Every feature that does not need AI works without one.
AI off
BYOK AI research modules
Connect your provider once in AI settings, then move from evidence to inference, synthesis and a testable research plan.

Where your key lives
- This tab only: forgotten on refresh.
- Until you close the tab (default): sessionStorage.
- On this device: localStorage, until you press “Forget all keys”.
Keys are only ever sent to the provider you chose. They are not in page addresses, exports or logs.
The optional relay
A few providers or corporate networks block direct browser calls. If you switch on the relay, requests pass through a small PHP script on this site. It forwards the request and streams the answer back. It writes nothing: no logs, files, database or cookies. It only forwards to known AI provider hosts unless the site owner adds more.
Custom segmentation endpoint contract
RadioGx sends the current image as JSON { image: "data:image/png;base64,…", prompt, modality, width, height }, as raw PNG bytes, or as multipart form data (you choose). It accepts any of:
- a PNG mask (white = region);
- Hugging Face style arrays
[{ label, score, mask }]or[{ label, score, box: {xmin, ymin, xmax, ymax} }]; { masks: [{label, mask}], boxes: [{label, box: [x0, y0, x1, y1]}], polygons: [{label, points: [[x, y], …]}], normalized: true|false }.
Where AI appears
- Imaging: describe, teach, QC and segment the Workbench image or an OHIF viewport.
- Scenario Lab: synthetic stakeholder rounds, final AI inference and synthesis, and conceptual drug or vaccine development flows grounded in a frozen evidence snapshot.
- Molecules: generate and score analogues.
- Variants, Decay, Shipment: explanations and drafts.
- Patent Intelligence and Competitor Intelligence: the analyst features use your chosen provider.
- Drug & Vaccine Discovery: ask the ✦ assistant about any result on screen.
- The ✦ Ask AI button on every page, with the page as context.
AI output can be wrong. It is for research and education and is not medical advice.

Frequently asked questions
Does RadioGx charge for AI?
No. AI features use your own provider key and your own provider account. Every feature that does not need AI works without a key.
Where does my AI key go?
In direct mode your browser sends the key only to the provider you chose. If you enable the optional relay, the request passes transiently through this host, which does not store request bodies or keys.
