About this tool

What is Workspace?

Runs in your browserBYOK AI step

The RadioGx Workspace is a browser-only research search that interprets a query (gene, variant, radiopharmaceutical, radionuclide, target, trial ID, PMID, DOI, dataset, device or patent), shows every reading with a heuristic confidence score, and then fetches public evidence directly from the source.

Key features

  • Entity resolution with a 0–100 heuristic confidence score and the signals behind it
  • Ten lenses: evidence map, nuclear medicine and theranostics, imaging biomarkers, public datasets, trials, regulatory and safety, dosimetry context, literature, patents and globe
  • Live ClinicalTrials.gov, openFDA, Europe PMC, PubMed, OpenAlex, NCI GDC, TCIA and IDC lookups from your browser
  • Every record shows its source, retrieval time and match strength
  • Command palette (Ctrl+K), export to your own device, no storage on any server

How it works

  1. Type a query or pick an example such as PSMA or Lu-177
  2. Check how RadioGx read it and pick a different reading if needed
  3. Open a lens to fetch trials, labels, genomics, literature or datasets
  4. Follow each record to its official source or export your findings

Frequently asked questions

What can I search for in the RadioGx Workspace?

Genes, variants, proteins, imaging biomarkers, radiopharmaceuticals, radionuclides, theranostic targets, ClinicalTrials.gov IDs, PMIDs, DOIs, public imaging datasets, devices and patents. RadioGx detects the type and routes the search to suitable public sources.

What does the confidence score mean?

It is a heuristic 0–100 query-routing score that says how RadioGx read your words, for example PSMA as a target versus the gene FOLH1. It is not clinical, diagnostic or regulatory certainty.

Are my searches stored?

No. Queries go directly from your browser to the public sources you use. RadioGx has no accounts, cookies or analytics, and search terms never appear in URLs.
