Legal and disclaimers
Plain terms for using RadioGx, and the limits of what it is.
Not advice
RadioGx is for educational, research, and clinical-information-discovery purposes only. It does not provide radiological diagnosis, nuclear medicine interpretation, patient-specific dosimetry, radiation safety certification, regulatory advice, medical advice, legal advice, investment advice, procurement advice, or treatment recommendations. Imaging, genomic, radiopharmaceutical, trial, and regulatory information must be reviewed by qualified radiology, nuclear medicine, oncology, medical physics, regulatory, and clinical professionals.
Specific limits
- Imaging. RadioGx does not read, interpret or report images. The Imaging Workbench is a teaching viewer; its measurements are not clinical measurements.
- Nuclear medicine and dosimetry. The Labs include teaching calculators (decay, production yield, shipment windows, LQ/BED/EQD2). They are not patient-specific dosimetry, treatment planning, transport compliance or radiation safety certification.
- AI. AI features run with your own provider key under that provider’s terms. AI output may be wrong or incomplete and is not a diagnosis, report or recommendation.
- Radiogenomics. RadioGx does not infer imaging-genomic associations. Derived links are marked as derived and possible.
- Interpretation confidence. A heuristic query-routing score, not a diagnostic, prognostic, dosimetric, regulatory or clinical certainty score.
- Regulatory, legal and commercial. Records about approvals, clearances, safety reports, patents and companies are information, not regulatory, legal, investment or procurement advice. Patent records say nothing about validity or freedom to operate.
- Repositories and AI. Repository and model results are community developer references, not curated knowledge, clinical evidence or validated medical devices.
Sources and content
Records come from third-party public sources and remain theirs, under their own terms and licences. RadioGx shows metadata and links, never redistributes licensed full text or guidelines, and never bypasses paywalls. Sources can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and may disagree; RadioGx shows disagreements without adjudicating them.
Education content is original synthesis written for RadioGx. It is not copied from the reference websites it links to.
Your responsibilities
- Do not enter or open identifiable patient information.
- Follow the terms, licences and citation requirements of each source and dataset you use.
- Verify anything important at the official source and with qualified professionals.
No warranty
RadioGx is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, RadioGx is not liable for decisions made using it.
