Privacy
RadioGx has no accounts, no database and no server that receives your searches. Searches live in your tab’s memory. A few conveniences you choose (theme, AI keys, saved scenarios) are kept in your own browser, never on our server.
RadioGx Privacy: Your searches are sent directly from your browser to selected public data providers and are not stored by RadioGx.
What happens when you search
Your browser sends the query straight to the public provider, such as ClinicalTrials.gov or Europe PMC. That provider sees the request and your IP address and handles them under its own policy. RadioGx never sees it.
When you follow a link-out
Some sources are link-out only. Links open with no referrer, so the destination does not learn which RadioGx page you came from.
When you export
Exports are created in your browser and saved directly to your device. File names contain only a fixed word and the date, never your search terms.
Imaging Workbench
The Workbench and the bundled OHIF Viewer read files you choose in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to RadioGx. If you press an AI button, the current image (or OHIF viewport capture) and your question are sent from your browser to the AI provider you configured, under that provider’s terms. Do not send identifiable patient images.
Bring-your-own-key AI
Keys are kept where you choose: this tab only, until the tab closes (sessionStorage), or on this device (localStorage). They are sent only to that provider. If you switch on the optional relay, requests pass through /api/ai-relay.php, which forwards them and writes nothing: no logs, files, cookies or database.
The globe
Markers come only from public records you loaded. Your device location is never requested. Satellite imagery is off until you opt in; it then loads a single image from NASA GIBS.
What RadioGx does not use
- No cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or advertising
- Browser storage only for things you choose: theme and AI keys (your choice of tab, session or device), Scenario Lab evidence and runs (IndexedDB), OHIF viewer preferences
- No search terms in page addresses, browser history, file names or the console
- No controlled-access data, no patient identifiers, no paywall bypass
Keys you add
Optional data sources accept your own API key or token in memory. AI keys follow the storage choice you make in AI settings, and “Forget all keys” removes them. Keys are never exported or put in page addresses.
The web host
The company that serves these static pages may keep standard access logs of page requests, such as IP address and page address. Because search terms never appear in page addresses, those logs do not contain your searches.

Research modules and model services
Discovery and interaction reports stay in page memory until you export them. Supply inputs are saved in localStorage only when you choose Save inputs on this device; use its Delete saved inputs control to remove them. Scenario Lab keeps evidence and checkpoints in local IndexedDB.
The optional model-service connection token stays in the current page memory and is excluded from exports. Inputs you explicitly submit go directly to the service endpoint you connect. Sending a computed result to BYOK AI also sends it to your selected provider. Browser storage preferences and application keys have separate delete controls.
