Drug & vaccine interaction research

Review public label evidence, inspect every product pair, and ask your BYOK AI to infer possible mechanisms and synthesize an evidence review plan.

1. Define products and context

Format: product name | drug or product name | vaccine. Use specific generic or brand names; verify the returned label matches the product.

Pair coverage

Public evidence lookups work without an AI key.

    Import public label JSON

Imported attribution is unverified. Use an openFDA response with a results array.

    Label evidence

Each lookup, empty response and failure will remain visible.

    2. BYOK evidence synthesis

AI can flag a potential concern or insufficient evidence. It cannot clear a combination for use. References identify supplied records; they do not verify the model’s interpretation.

    Interaction & discovery infrastructure

    Product pairs→Public labels→BYOK synthesis→Qualified review

openFDA supplies label records used here. Therapeutics Data Commons is a reference for interaction datasets and evaluation design; no TDC interaction predictor or trained weights run in this page.

Open drug & vaccine discovery for hypotheses and conceptual development flows. Model tools executes real molecular calculations and optional sequence or allocation workers.

    About this tool

What is Drug & vaccine interactions?

Runs in your browserBYOK AI step

Drug and vaccine interaction research checks every unordered pair of two to six products against public openFDA label excerpts, keeps every empty result and failure visible, and asks your own AI to synthesize possible mechanisms and an evidence review plan.

    Key features

    • Two to six products, all unordered pairs
    • openFDA label retrieval with visible coverage gaps
    • Import of public label JSON with unverified attribution flagged
    • BYOK mechanism and uncertainty synthesis
    • Research report JSON export; no combination is ever cleared as safe

    How it works

    1. Enter each product and whether it is a drug or vaccine
    2. Retrieve public labels and verify each matched product
    3. Review pair coverage and gaps
    4. Consent and run the BYOK evidence synthesis

    Frequently asked questions

Can RadioGx tell me whether two medicines are safe together?

No. It is an evidence review tool. A missing label signal never establishes compatibility; product, formulation, timing and clinical context need qualified review.

Why are vaccines harder to check?

Public label coverage for vaccines and biologics is incomplete, so RadioGx shows coverage gaps explicitly rather than treating an empty result as safe.
