Scenario Lab

Scenario Lab turns a frozen snapshot of public evidence (ClinicalTrials.gov, Europe PMC, UniProt, PubChem, openFDA) and explicit assumptions into synthetic stakeholder rounds, then a separate final AI inference and synthesis with a conceptual development flow.

  • Evidence snapshots from ClinicalTrials.gov, Europe PMC, UniProt, PubChem and openFDA
  • Configurable synthetic stakeholder agents and discussion rounds
  • Separate final inference and synthesis call with findings, uncertainty, agreement and gaps
  • Conceptual drug or vaccine development flow with validation gates
  • World view on a 3D globe, checkpoints and resume after a failed stage
  • Every item labelled FACT, DERIVED, ASSUMPTION or SIMULATED; JSON export

Drug & vaccine discovery

Drug and vaccine discovery turns a research brief (target or antigen, indication, modality, objective) into public evidence from Europe PMC and PubChem, optional real RDKit molecular descriptors, and a BYOK AI report with candidate concepts, a conceptual development flow, a validation plan and decision gates.

  • Small-molecule, biologic and vaccine tracks
  • Europe PMC literature and PubChem compound evidence
  • Real RDKit descriptors computed in your browser and kept separate from AI output
  • Candidate hypotheses, conceptual synthesis or development flow, simulation plan and decision gates
  • Explicit provider-sharing consent and JSON study export

Drug & vaccine interactions

Drug and vaccine interaction research checks every unordered pair of two to six products against public openFDA label excerpts, keeps every empty result and failure visible, and asks your own AI to synthesize possible mechanisms and an evidence review plan.

  • Two to six products, all unordered pairs
  • openFDA label retrieval with visible coverage gaps
  • Import of public label JSON with unverified attribution flagged
  • BYOK mechanism and uncertainty synthesis
  • Research report JSON export; no combination is ever cleared as safe

Supply chain intelligence

Healthcare supply chain intelligence is a browser planning workbench that projects stock with first-expiry-first-out consumption, delivery delays, demand surges and cold-chain holds, compares baseline and disruption, and asks your own AI to synthesize the planning risks.

  • Editable inventory with clearly synthetic examples
  • CSV and JSON import and export with validation
  • Baseline versus demand surge, delivery delay and cold-chain hold scenarios
  • Daily FEFO expiry, days cover, safety stock, reorder point and order gap
  • Stock projection chart and per-product risk list
  • BYOK risk synthesis; no procurement action is ever taken

Research model tools

Research model tools execute real calculations: RDKit molecular descriptors run in an isolated browser worker, and an optional separately deployed service runs RDKit Python, Biopython protein properties and OR-Tools stock allocation. Results name the engine and version; AI interpretation is a separate step.

  • RDKit WASM descriptors and canonical structures in your browser
  • Optional authenticated model service (RDKit, Biopython, OR-Tools)
  • Protein sequence physical properties (not immunogenicity)
  • Single-product priority-weighted stock allocation
  • Computed JSON export and optional BYOK interpretation

Frequently asked questions

Is RadioGx free?

Yes. Every RadioGx page, tool, lab, lesson and the Isotope Logistics game is free with no account. AI features use your own provider key, so any AI cost is billed by the provider you choose.

Which RadioGx features work without an AI key?

Search and evidence, the Global Activity Globe, Repository Radar, the Coverage Console, every lab calculator, local RDKit molecular properties, supply chain calculations, public evidence retrieval in Discovery, Interactions and Scenario Lab, the imaging viewer, education and the game all work without a key.

What does BYOK mean?

Bring your own key. You connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, Hugging Face or OpenAI-compatible key once on the AI settings page, and your browser calls that provider directly. RadioGx has no AI server of its own.

Does RadioGx give medical advice?

No. RadioGx is for education, research and information discovery. It gives no diagnosis, patient dosimetry, treatment, regulatory, legal, investment or procurement advice.

Who makes RadioGx?

RadioGx is created and architected by Amit Suresh. Education content is original synthesis by RadioGx, with links to official sources.
